Don't Forget Your Camera!!!

A list of things to know when travelling to Nelspruit.

1) PAY THE EXTRA R50- When taking a bus trip, you really shouldn't go for the cheapest option, unless your really desperate. The R50 makes all the difference. The difference being three-and-a-half hours, sitting space, and breathable air....but it is up to you really.

2)ORGANISE TRANSPORT-Arriving in Mpumalanga, with no knowledge of how to get to the stadium or the hotel: not the best idea.

3)EAT BEFORE YOU GET TO THE STADIUM-Having had your last meal at  at 6:30 in the morning, utilise every moment you have to get something to eat. You never know when your four hour bus ride will actually end up being a 7 hour ride, with no hygenic stops-leaving you only with the option of a R30 hotdog, or mash and gravy...Seriously.

4)SPEAK SiSWATI-Even if you only learn the basics, learn something. Thats all everybody speaks, not that its all they know, they're a little french in the demeanor. They just refuse to speak anything else.

and lastly...DON'T FORGET YOUR CAMERA
You never know when you'll end up at an amazing, breathtaking waterfull or trekking up a mountain that you can see the end of the world from. The mental pictures are unerasble, but it never hurts to have a back-up.
